beeped. was gonna ask for fika. it was the antichrist. perfect. she doesnt want to give me anything.
the staff know near no words at all for things. even if theyve lived here for most of their life.
all meat is refered to as "beef".
and now i learned, anything you drink is refered to as "saft". old saft just contained squeezed / cooked fruit or berries. water. sugar. better ones only contain freshly squeezed puré without chunky bits. you dont even need to add sugar or heat. but for bitter / sour things, some sugar is needed. pectin too, for making jam. although its not really needed. the low price label "eldorado" is a perfect example of total shit condiments (ok, looked it up, not exactly the right word. dont care. tired). they have jam in like 10 kilo containers. its a bright pink jelly for strawberry variety. nearly nothing natural in it at all.
queue the 90s. now theres fun light "the one without sugar". water, fake sugar, additives, conservatives, fake colour (from bugs or beaver ass or cowshit). thats it. they call this still "saft". they also dont add c-vitamin, so youll get sick (your body will rot, internally and externally) and addicted to the substances. you see, just like the real thing, fake sugar gives a high. it actually gives a bigger withdrawal, because as soon as youve swallowed it, you get no response. so youll just want more and more.

anyway. you dont need to listen to all of that. its just jabberwockey. in short, ALL food, since the beginning of 2020, no matter if its junkfood or veggies / roots / greens, WHATEVER. tastes like "brett". the main reason for that smell, is FORMALIN (37% formaldehyde, 3% methane, and the rest water). the reason no one has figured this out, or even noticed the mere occurance. is that everyone is around cars. i mean, if you live in the country, with really clean air. you probably go to your job and the grocery store and such in a car. well, you know what? i breathe apartment air. its part cigarette smoke from other people, and quite gross things. the thing is though, im not used to the PETROLEUM tinge. when i go on my 30 minute walks, and come home, i get the strangest most disgusting smell originating from my lungs for an hour. that smell isnt brett, its like.. stone:ish dust. a mix of exhaust from vehicles, plastic wheels, and the ground - as asphalt is really a waste product of petroleum production. when theyve removed *everything* of value from it, like polyethylene, gasoline - whatever, whats left is this goo:y substance, which hardens eventually. so they transport it, heat it up, and pour it on gravels roads. and they all turn easy to ride on. so, i IMPLORE you, buy lots of groceries, including a bag of apples, dont leave your apartment for A WEEK. then eat said apples, plus points if one of them is damaged, brown or black at places. i guarantee, youll feel the brett taste. its disgusting. and the thing with formalin is, it NULLIFIES the antioxidant effect, all good things in food. well soon all be dead, most surely.
and something i wanna mention. not in the video. is if youve ever been called a fucking fatty. no matter how they say it. well. FUCK IT. be a lardass, and be PROUD. youre (hopefully) not a smoker, youre not a drinker, youre not a junkie. all those "elites" want you in their gang. they have one single thing in common, beyond being stupid as fuck, and thats that theyre all emaciated (and lonely as hell, and more neurotic than youll ever be). so eat those 1kg of chocolate in 30 minutes with joy. because chocolate is tasty! and its good for you. it sure beats smoking 10 packs of cigarettes in the same time. or shooting up heroin. or whatever. and even if you fart a lot, and dont shower a lot, it sure beats smelling like a SKUNK from too much weed, it beats smoking a SINGLE cigarette, becauses that reekiness goes into ANYTHING, it beats smelling like the INSIDE of your stomache when youre hung over, and, uhm.. stronger shit smells WORSE. so BE A COW and BE PROUD.
anyway, i shouldnt really call a spade a spade. i should be happy and cute and arsty and huggly and second hand softie and never get ANYONE again and everything will be GREAT then now later and forevers foreverity.. and STUFF. anyway, if you didnt know, YES im a fucking COMEDY SHOW. except S03E07 has a RINGU cameo, and everyones ALWAYS freaks out then. they are like, "you were a being of pure light, how DARE you dissolve into a black hole, you buttfart!"

cider is complete bullshit. but some years ago (well... 15 years) they started with flavoured cider. it is just additives in it. and like 5% apple cider (how much alcohol is from that? like 0.3%...) and the rest ethanol.
they were actually stopped from making alco-läsk (literally "alcoholic soda"). since so many youths got addicted to it. since its so sugary you dont notice the alcohol. i suppose some died from it. thats why.
for "strawberry cider" (which was my favourite, but i didnt drink it a lot) is just "natural strawberry aroma", which is derived from beaver anal secretions. yes, just to call it "natural" they breed beavers. fucked up.
for natural vanilla aroma, they derive the smell from cow shit. they realized everything green in nature has a vanilla flavour to it. especially grass. quite gross.
anyway, there was an upheaval (again, long ago, in the nullties) about additives in food and other things. but they just replaced it with the near exact same thing. like PPV? or something. a plastic-based softener. they use that in fabric softeners (again, does nothing, it supposedly stops from static electricity forming, but dont wear plastic-derived clothing! its just bullshit!). its mostly just tons of "natural aroma".
scientists noticed it had a really bad effect on human health. as for polyfenol-b, they replaced it with like polyfenol-c. so the package can say "FREE FROM PFB!".
there was one book, which a science teacher actually gave me. "den hemliga kocken", the secret chef. which spurred that debate. it went through all additives there is (E-numbers). only skimmed through it though =( and i cant learn 100 things from a book...
there were many other books as well. it was long ago...
after it, companies started writing E-numbers instead of the actual substance, to fool and confuse people. there is one which is derived from bugs, like how they want us to eat bug food nowadays. kochenil lus / louse. it gives a cheap red colourant.
is in everything which is supposed to be red in nature. like the aformentioned strawberry cider.
science shows that it gives ADHD in kids.
and its especially prevalent in candy. tons of it.
we also (at this housing, but also at a psychiatric rehabilitation place when i was in kristianstad, one dude drank it like if it was beer) have saft in sweden. it doesnt exist in america, or the western world, it seems. its like soda except its got no bubbles.
you used to make saft from natural ingredients. just use a puré machine nowadays. dont even need to add sugar. i used to make vinbär wineberry saft. its really easy to pick and grows everywhere.
when i got allergy in kristianstad. was because dad bought "really concentrated liquid detergent". yes, just like fabric softeners, it had tons of aromas in it. i started eating blueberries. but it was expensive. so i found this saft which had blueberries in it. drank it for years. removed my allergies actually.
but it said "blue berries". if you look at the contents, it was blueberries and red wineberries. maybe red grape juice, which is dirty cheap.
one day they had changed the label. it had basically had the same recipe for 50 years. and they changed how they mentioned the contents. before it was like 50/50 blueberries wineberries. and it was a lot in it. dont remember the labeling now... but now they had decreased it to like 2% blueberries from concentrate, and more wineberries and grapes. which, since you can delute it 10 times, is actually 0.2%. and lo and behold, tons of aromas. so i stopped buying it. it still costed the same, or even more. and it was mostly just sugar and water.
if you make saft yourself, you dont need water at all. not for sauces either. or at least a lot less.
thats the main culprit in todays "food". they actually dont have to mention that water is in the product. not even for raw chicken. we dont have salmonella in it, officially... except, if its "cooked", you can still sell it. we used to not have salmonella in eggs. probably still true. if you import danish eggs though, they have to be pasteurized. you can buy like 1 liter of egg whites or yolks now. imported, lower quality... so yes, in sweden, you can crack an egg and eat it raw. supposedly good for your hair.

cholesterol doesnt actually do anything. not anything bad. they started with this so people would stop eating fat altogether. then when no one believed that they made up "bad cholesterol".
the worst thing we have in sweden is lättdryck / "light drink" (just additives and tapwater) thats concentrated and in 1 decilitre packages. you have to literally scissor them up to use em at all. this started with FCOJ, which was in the same sort of packaging, and only costed 6kr each.
(the market price for it is currently 0,7kr, but they take 45 kr for a package made from concentrace, silly. and the ones which are freshly squeezed have to compete with these. even more dumb).
strangely enough, after fight club gained prominence in the nullties, this was removed. we still had concentrated orange juice though, and it costed like 11kr. well, guess what? i asked lady K to buy this, and theyve removed it from the stores. "tropical nectar" was also tasty. it contained like 5 different fruit concentrates. but when i looked at the content some year ago, they had diluted it with water and added sugar.
and again, the most important part about orange juice is it contains c vitamin. the medical industry has made people shun it though. and many fake sort of orange juices contain no c vitamin at all. to make people sick and die, no other reason. and like ive also said, the main reason for getting a cold / the flue ("corona") is a lack of vitamin c. and if you work out, you need higher amounts than the DRI, since training your muscles they break apart and release free radicals, which antioxidants work against.
but i get it, the only reason people (99.9%) of humanity survive without micro nutrients or vitamins, is they are kept on temporary life support because of their drug abuse. then when theyre 50 or older the doctor will say "your feet are decaying because of diabetes, heres a really expensive surgery you have to make". but i have seen their real colours, most people have a strong orange tint to their skin.

except... protein is nutricious. coke contains absolutely nothing, so its a dumb comparison. and you literally need salt to survive. salt is around every cell in the body. if you drink too much water, your cells explode, you puke blood, and die.
as for too little salt?

and the most protein is obviously in stored for 3+ years cheeses. like parmesan. ok, you can actually find 3 year old stored cheddar. except, they are tasty! but when they started with "vegan rennet", all cheese started tasting the same, which is just wax, no actual taste at all.
and the most salt loss you get is from puking / diarrhea, which you said you had. so eat salt! to stay healthy!
ive been irked by some of marya hornbachers statements. they just dont make any sense.
for starters, she implied that "when youre anorectic, you crave salt in huge amounts"
a lie, you crave it when you use laxatives and puke all the time. it just gets worse when you eat absolutely nothing. and again, this is mostly in the form of potassium chloride.
your body tells you you need it, but you can only figure out "salt". so you eat more and more sodium chloride, and no balance is achieved in your body.

which i mentioned already. this is impossible. like something out of the anarchists cook book, as a way to covertly kill people. so she probably got thirsty for salt because of this procedure.
also, ive said most of this before. anyway, the thyroid gland is very sensitive to your salt intake. if you take too little salt / iodine, it grows bigger and annoys your throat when you drink / swallow. similar things happen if you take too much. (this is the only reason people get diabetes, it has nothing to do with fat or sugar intake)
its also sensitive to a lot of other things. lady K has never it figured out. she was convinced that "A GRAIN OF RICE IS STUCK IN MY THROAT", and whatever i said she didnt care about. she just wanted to act weak.
she mentioned this recently again, and she also gets it from eating oats. so i told her to stop, and she actually did.
as for cheese, at the university they mentioned a press release, which said that you should eat parmesan every day. it has large amounts of calcium, and barely any sugar (which is pressed out when the cheese is still soft, and is refined into messmör, which is quite tasty, like liquid sticky white chocolate. it does have a sugar content of like 70%). no, it does not use up any water whatsoever. no idea where you got that from. its just based on pure whole milk. so if youre lactose intolerant, you can still eat it. still theres a problem with getting zits from cheese though...
like i said though, through indoctrination people think all of protein and fat and carbohydrates and salt is bad. so what can you eat? nothing, only drink tea and soda and huge amounts of beer (then when you get munchies you eat 2 pizzas or 30 cheese burgers, but this is healthy, obviously) because no one thinks alcohol has any side effects at all, you get happy and relaxed and high and social and laid from it, but thats just the demons talking that control you.
the best diet supplement is decaffeinated coke without sugar, nothing else makes sense. combine this with chain smoking for best effect. works for weeks or even months without any other intake (of course, see the munchie note above). note, may cause stomache ulcers 100% of the time. you will eventually need quadruple bipass surgery. its nasty.

det blir värre. de har redan börjat bygga ut 6g. all frukt grönt är nu "vegan". det betyder att det odlats utan insekter / bin / fåglar att befrukta de. de görs i enorma lagerlokaler utan naturligt solljus. eftersom det inte finns nån växthuseffekt för att skapa socker så smakar de inte nåt längre, förutom vaselin, vilket är det de facto konserveringsmedlet nu. apeel slog däremot inte igenom. turns out det gjorde frukt grönt som om de var gjorda av gummi. smakade så klart ingenting heller. men höll länge och såg aptitligt ut

miss mom. i puked for 3 whole days a month ago. i was in no shape to talk to anyone. well, miss mom came around and i asked her to leave, she got furious and acted weak. i said "can you please leave? im not feeling too good", to which she replied "i havent felt so good either lately". rrright. she "shook" for several days afterwards (why?). and then figured out a way to punish me. so she wont buy anything for me online ever again, and wont pick up the 2 packages we had already ordered. and she called me being angry again too, saying "i got 3 package notifications! how much did you order?", except, it was only 2, and she was with me when we did it. she loves acting weak, and is at the same time a sadist. dangerous combination...
miss economy. she decided several years ago already that she wont buy me anything either online or offline. she did buy me new things when i moved, and a few other times, and also online. but shes specifically said she cant buy anything online...
my contact person at this housing. i refer to her as the antichrist, shes just horrible in so many ways. she does buy me things like once a month or less, but ignores most of what ive ordered.
so i tried to figure out what just milk, orange juice, and yoghurt would cost if i ordered it myself, with 1 litre per day of each. milk about 10, yoghurt 15 and orange juice 25. so 50*30=1500, a lot, i only get 4000 per month...
oh right, just got to know that they get their grocery orders on thursdays? every staff says different... the previous one said tuesday, so maybe today we get yoghurt...

i dont see anyone talking about this. but theres so much poisons in our food, especially the fresh ones, like veggies and fruit - that its almost more nutricous to eat junkfood / prefabricated. im really keen on apples, and since the beginning of corona, this is what ive seen in preservatives on them:

¨how? do you gulp olive oil all day? just say it like it is. you cant give up junkfood. thats mostly sugar though. nowadays its just water and fake sugar and several different substances to keep together all the fake shit and water. the oil they use is canola oil. its a genetically modified rapeseed oil through several nasty processes (uses petroleum among other things to extract it).

nd dont forget salt. if you work out a lot you need more salt. except, theres different sorts of salt. like i said. if you get diarrhea and puke a lot, you need potassium. freshly squeezed orange juice (if its not been heavily pasteurized) actually contains potassium. but the only good oranges are in december to spring. then they just have huge peel and are dry and taste sugay and nothing else and are hard to peel and peel tastes gross. the peel nowadays has so strong chemicals that are just as toxic as neuroleptics.
and again, cider is junkfood as well. 5% apple cider in it. the rest natural aromas and colourants and preservatives and "organic" ethanol.
you simplify too much. theres different sorts of protein (amino acids) and carbs and fat.
carbs are divided into sugars and uh. grain thingies. the wheats (at least fullgrain) makes you get satiated and take longer for your body to digest. i know you know all this though so why pretend?
you need like 100+ amino acids or youll get deficiencies. in swedish its called "fullgoda protein källor". i cant find any documentation about it in english online though.

and thinned blood means you more easily develop wounds. that dont heal. or you bleed a lot more. causes internal bleeding also. like ulcers. and like i said. they forced me into 6x750mg potassium per day. melted my organs. why i get smelly. since ive reduced it the smell has mostly gone.
this is also related to c-vitamin. the RDI for it has been decreased all the time. doctors and nurses and the psychiatric system act like c-vitamin doesnt exist at all. if your body starts to rot you need complicated surgery. but never are fruits and veggies or simple c-vitamin pills recommended. you can even take 12000mg c-vitamin as an injection in the hip / butt / calves. cures a lot of illnesses. even cancer and aids. but that is really only done if you know a doctor / nurse personally. and they might get fired for it. fucked up.
anyway, milk in sweden, at least. they add nutrients to. since the natural fat count when it is reduced, you lose vitamin D. but mellanmjölk has like 10 nutrients in it. real good. oat milk soy milk whatever has no nutrients at all. i guess they originally do but they put like 5% in it and the rest water and bullshit.
ok. happened to find 1 more thing.

thats sorta bullshit. but true. protein and carbs have 2.25 times more density than fat. so if you weight the same if you have a lot of muscles as someones whos untrained, you will look completely different. yep, cider makes you fat. and melts your body and overtakes your brain. and removes nutrients. what "hangover" is about. its a fucking car fuel and sanitizer. you shouldnt drink that.
oh. right. as for fat. fat isnt dangerous. theres saturated fat (pig meat, coconut oil) unsaturated fat and polysaturated fat. eating the 2 last mentioned actually makes you lose weight. theres no danger in cholestrol at all. thats just so people will eat even more bread. but they also eat french fries like mad and pretend that its not huge amounts of fat in it. so i dont get it. same for donuts. do note that if you have an oil (except olive oil, since it reminds of butter, it doesnt turn old in the fridge, it just turns hard) you should keep it refrigerated. if it starts to smell like fish you should throw it away. never have it near the stove when cooking.
and as you should know, the last 2 mentioned contains omega 3 and 6 and 9. needed for your brain to not rot. depressed people actually have decayed brains. whole holes in them. eating a lot of fish and nuts seeds makes your brain grow back. cures loads of illnesses. and the brain is basically all composed of omega fatty acids. if you strain it, it uses up the fat, especially if you dont. well. eat anything. and sit in front of the comp all day. and work too hard without sleeping. brain rot. also, milk has only 60% saturated fat. so its nutricious. it doesnt make you fat.

Hej, jag bor på ett somatiskt boende i Norsborg.
Sen någon månad tillbaka måste personalen koka alla kolhydrater själv.
Det konstiga är, det blev inte lagligt för några år sen att personalen lagade mat en gång i veckan, på grund av nya hygienregler, så hur försvarar ni det här?
Middagen kommer också hit klockan 16:00 varje dag, men den serveras tidigast en timma senare, vid vilken tid den har kallnat helt. När mat är kallt så samlas bakterier och den börjar mögla och ruttna, så det är inte heller hygieniskt.
Med hur mycket fusk det är med maten, som ökas hela tiden, och med personal- och resurskostnader på grund av tillredning i fabrik och flera transporter, skulle det vara mycket billigare om personalen lagade maten själv.

i cant use neither perfumes nor deodorants. they just start itching incredibly, and with perfume, the next day, i have a cold. but id been using tiger balm for my aching body for a long time, and i really like its scent, and others seem to do it as well. so one day i tried putting it under my armpits. the effect was incredible, as it spread through my lymphic system, and my whole upper body was feeling the effect.
i also use coconut oil in my hair, especially when its cold, as it gets solid at room temperature. you could try going into a thai shop if you know of one, they have even better coconut oil. one i got was liquid at room temperature, and after a few weeks, it smelled like alcohol? can heal your lips and body from a variety of ailments. its just one scent, the thing i prefer.
CBD also got legal recently in all of europe. i cant use it anymore, i dont know if its the production method, but the first scent i always get from it is always lead? thus, it makes me desentized. but it was real cheap, half a litre for 150kr (15$) without any shipping cost! its a greenyellow thick liquid that the skin soaks up quickly. and afterwards, you smell like freshly cut grass! good for anti-pain, but also anti-anxiety.
as for my first memory, its of a neighborhood woman where i grew up. my parents always complained about her scent, but i thought she smelled wonderful? i asked what perfume she used, but it smelled nothing like hers! years later, i had the door open 24/7 to my apartment, and especially in winter, 2 different tomcats would sneak in, usually after midnight, and sleep in my bed. when they prodded me with their head (i heard thats their way of hugging!), i started smelling like the most wonderous flowery scent. and that woman did have a cat. ive felt it on others since then. and my clothes and bedsheets, even after several washings, still smell like cat!
as for the best one, it is saffron. i looked it up here, and its nothing like what people describe. i tried using it as a psychedelic (wont say how) and thats the only time ive gotten high. later, i started feeling the smell on fully loaded, stinky subway trains. in old dirty microwaves. in flowers that sit above heaters. and even in papercups (?). and the small oven i bought, when new, smelled wonderfully of saffron, and still does.
this might be off-topic, but ill get to it, and also, more saffron flavours (synthetic!). i studied gastronomy at university, only 1 term though. but i learned so much! i tried making a dish which incorporates all basic flavours, and even made 1 version which doesnt need heat! all versions work without a fridge too, and are vegan to 99%. its around 20-50 spices and various groceries (the higher number if you make the spices yourself - ive made my own garam masala and curry!).
it takes less than 3 minutes of effort, and is less than a decilitre of the sauce when done. you either mix it together with the rice (then it lasts for weeks in a fridge, or several days in room temperature if its not too hot) or just take rice and a bit of the sauce each time when eating.
anyway, i messed up in the beginning and it just tasted disgusting, but eventually, i got the hang of it. if i miss just 1 ingredient, i notice it directly. so the scent is like nothing else.
the recipe is something like this: boil white rice with bay leaf and liqourice root, cut onions and microwave them for a few mins, do other things.
when the rice is almost done, mix ground paprika, ground chili, garam masala, curry, redwine vinegar, coconut oil, coconut / hazelnut / almond flour, tomatopuré, ground a piece of garlic, chop a few fresh mint leaves, soy (theres a tiny amount of wheat flour in this), anise, fennels, cumin, and also dark (thai) tarragon.
serve on papadams (hindu bread), and for drink, mix muscovadosugar with microwaved limejuice. as for how much you should use of each ingredient, i just take a little bit o this, a little bit o that. everyone loves this, and i can eat it however much i want and never tire.
then i tried something else. i looked in the huge french cookbook that was recommended school literature, for everything that worked with shrimp. i dont know how many ingredients i bought, but it was a lot. first you boil shrimpshells in water for 15 mins, and filter away the shells. then you add the ingredients and cook it down, then red wine, cook it down, then cream, cook it down yet again, and serve with rice. youll get a strong synthesized saffron flavour! the book was anne willans the complete guide to cooking.

yes, i actually tried quitting refined wheat chocholate and white sugar awhile ago. it was impossible. my mood swings were the most intense ive ever gotten. and of course, everyone takes it, and if you dont want it. they nag OVER AND OVER "just one, or a least a bite. whats wrong with you? are you on a diet?".
the good parts though is that my eyes and ears improved a lot. better colour vision, better viewing distance, better details. i remember staring at my hand for hours enjoying all the lines in it. i could listen to 2 songs at once, and notice every detail in both.
the real reason for this, is that sugar wheat and chocolate, work with the natural cannabinoid system in the brain. if you add weed to a chocolate cookie as well its absolutely lethal. and cheeze actually contains opioids.
so the most addictive food is chocolate dipped donuts. french fries come a close second, because salt is addictive, enenthough science doesnt agree. but when i studied gastronomy at university, the teacher did say salt is a taste enhancer, just like sugar and cream.
also glutamate, aka umami, the fifth taste. i seem to not have this receptor though. i dont like meat at all. pure fried meat tastes nothing. i tried like cheap herb salt ("aromate") which contains a lot of synthetic glutamate. didnt enhance the flavour of the food.

i did 3 acrylic paintings about this in 2017 and sold them to botkyrka kommun for several weeks food and an italian mini oven which when i checked it up costs 14000 kronor, it smells like saffron :) if you have a real orange tree then you can eat a leaf with it every time. it has lots of tannins and its good for you <3 anyway. thats the most if any pay ive gotten for my art throughout the years. i did about 70 paintings over a summer. now theyre all gone. remember, sallad tastes sweet! its yummy! oranges are better than candy. and being out in the sun doesnt hurt if you dont do it too long. and if you have a puré machine, carrot juice tastes like milk!

and now i learned, anything you drink is refered to as "saft". old saft just contained squeezed / cooked fruit or berries. water. sugar. better ones only contain freshly squeezed puré without chunky bits. you dont even need to add sugar or heat. but for bitter / sour things, some sugar is needed. pectin too, for making jam. although its not really needed. the low price label "eldorado" is a perfect example of total shit condiments (ok, looked it up, not exactly the right word. dont care. tired). they have jam in like 10 kilo containers. its a bright pink jelly for strawberry variety. nearly nothing natural in it at all.
queue the 90s. now theres fun light "the one without sugar". water, fake sugar, additives, conservatives, fake colour (from bugs or beaver ass or cowshit). thats it. they call this still "saft". they also dont add c-vitamin, so youll get sick (your body will rot, internally and externally) and addicted to the substances. you see, just like the real thing, fake sugar gives a high. it actually gives a bigger withdrawal, because as soon as youve swallowed it, you get no response. so youll just want more and more.

anyway. you dont need to listen to all of that. its just jabberwockey. in short, ALL food, since the beginning of 2020, no matter if its junkfood or veggies / roots / greens, WHATEVER. tastes like "brett". the main reason for that smell, is FORMALIN (37% formaldehyde, 3% methane, and the rest water). the reason no one has figured this out, or even noticed the mere occurance. is that everyone is around cars. i mean, if you live in the country, with really clean air. you probably go to your job and the grocery store and such in a car. well, you know what? i breathe apartment air. its part cigarette smoke from other people, and quite gross things. the thing is though, im not used to the PETROLEUM tinge. when i go on my 30 minute walks, and come home, i get the strangest most disgusting smell originating from my lungs for an hour. that smell isnt brett, its like.. stone:ish dust. a mix of exhaust from vehicles, plastic wheels, and the ground - as asphalt is really a waste product of petroleum production. when theyve removed *everything* of value from it, like polyethylene, gasoline - whatever, whats left is this goo:y substance, which hardens eventually. so they transport it, heat it up, and pour it on gravels roads. and they all turn easy to ride on. so, i IMPLORE you, buy lots of groceries, including a bag of apples, dont leave your apartment for A WEEK. then eat said apples, plus points if one of them is damaged, brown or black at places. i guarantee, youll feel the brett taste. its disgusting. and the thing with formalin is, it NULLIFIES the antioxidant effect, all good things in food. well soon all be dead, most surely.
and something i wanna mention. not in the video. is if youve ever been called a fucking fatty. no matter how they say it. well. cider is complete bullshit. but some years ago (well... 15 years) they started with flavoured cider. it is just additives in it. and like 5% apple cider (how much alcohol is from that? like 0.3%...) and the rest ethanol.
they were actually stopped from making alco-läsk (literally "alcoholic soda"). since so many youths got addicted to it. since its so sugary you dont notice the alcohol. i suppose some died from it. thats why.
for "strawberry cider" (which was my favourite, but i didnt drink it a lot) is just "natural strawberry aroma", which is derived from beaver anal secretions. yes, just to call it "natural" they breed beavers. fucked up.
for natural vanilla aroma, they derive the smell from cow shit. they realized everything green in nature has a vanilla flavour to it. especially grass. quite gross.
anyway, there was an upheaval (again, long ago, in the nullties) about additives in food and other things. but they just replaced it with the near exact same thing. like PPV? or something. a plastic-based softener. they use that in fabric softeners (again, does nothing, it supposedly stops from static electricity forming, but dont wear plastic-derived clothing! its just bullshit!). its mostly just tons of "natural aroma".
scientists noticed it had a really bad effect on human health. as for polyfenol-b, they replaced it with like polyfenol-c. so the package can say "FREE FROM PFB!".
there was one book, which a science teacher actually gave me. "den hemliga kocken", the secret chef. which spurred that debate. it went through all additives there is (E-numbers). only skimmed through it though =( and i cant learn 100 things from a book...
there were many other books as well. it was long ago...
after it, companies started writing E-numbers instead of the actual substance, to fool and confuse people. there is one which is derived from bugs, like how they want us to eat bug food nowadays. kochenil lus / louse. it gives a cheap red colourant.
is in everything which is supposed to be red in nature. like the aformentioned strawberry cider.

we also (at this housing, but also at a psychiatric rehabilitation place when i was in kristianstad, one dude drank it like if it was beer) have saft in sweden. it doesnt exist in america, or the western world, it seems. its like soda except its got no bubbles.
you used to make saft from natural ingredients. just use a puré machine nowadays. dont even need to add sugar. i used to make vinbär wineberry saft. its really easy to pick and grows everywhere.
when i got allergy in kristianstad. was because dad bought "really concentrated liquid detergent". yes, just like fabric softeners, it had tons of aromas in it. i started eating blueberries. but it was expensive. so i found this saft which had blueberries in it. drank it for years. removed my allergies actually.
but it said "blue berries". if you look at the contents, it was blueberries and red wineberries. maybe red grape juice, which is dirty cheap.
one day they had changed the label. it had basically had the same recipe for 50 years. and they changed how they mentioned the contents. before it was like 50/50 blueberries wineberries. and it was a lot in it. dont remember the labeling now... but now they had decreased it to like 2% blueberries from concentrate, and more wineberries and grapes. which, since you can delute it 10 times, is actually 0.2%. and lo and behold, tons of aromas. so i stopped buying it. it still costed the same, or even more. and it was mostly just sugar and water.
if you make saft yourself, you dont need water at all. not for sauces either. or at least a lot less.
thats the main culprit in todays "food". they actually dont have to mention that water is in the product. not even for raw chicken. we dont have salmonella in it, officially... except, if its "cooked", you can still sell it. we used to not have salmonella in eggs. probably still true. if you import danish eggs though, they have to be pasteurized. you can buy like 1 liter of egg whites or yolks now. imported, lower quality... so yes, in sweden, you can crack an egg and eat it raw. supposedly good for your hair.

cholesterol doesnt actually do anything. not anything bad. they started with this so people would stop eating fat altogether. then when no one believed that they made up "bad cholesterol".
the worst thing we have in sweden is lättdryck / "light drink" (just additives and tapwater) thats concentrated and in 1 decilitre packages. you have to literally scissor them up to use em at all. this started with FCOJ, which was in the same sort of packaging, and only costed 6kr each.
(the market price for it is currently 0,7kr, but they take 45 kr for a package made from concentrace, silly. and the ones which are freshly squeezed have to compete with these. even more dumb).
strangely enough, after fight club gained prominence in the nullties, this was removed. we still had concentrated orange juice though, and it costed like 11kr. well, guess what? i asked lady K to buy this, and theyve removed it from the stores. "tropical nectar" was also tasty. it contained like 5 different fruit concentrates. but when i looked at the content some year ago, they had diluted it with water and added sugar.
and again, the most important part about orange juice is it contains c vitamin. the medical industry has made people shun it though. and many fake sort of orange juices contain no c vitamin at all. to make people sick and die, no other reason. and like ive also said, the main reason for getting a cold / the flue ("corona") is a lack of vitamin c. and if you work out, you need higher amounts than the DRI, since training your muscles they break apart and release free radicals, which antioxidants work against.
but i get it, the only reason people (99.9%) of humanity survive without micro nutrients or vitamins, is they are kept on temporary life support because of their drug abuse. then when theyre 50 or older the doctor will say "your feet are decaying because of diabetes, heres a really expensive surgery you have to make". but i have seen their real colours, most people have a strong orange tint to their skin.

and the most salt loss you get is from puking / diarrhea, which you said you had. so eat salt! to stay healthy!

a lie, you crave it when you use laxatives and puke all the time. it just gets worse when you eat absolutely nothing. and again, this is mostly in the form of potassium chloride.
your body tells you you need it, but you can only figure out "salt". so you eat more and more sodium chloride, and no balance is achieved in your body.

also, ive said most of this before. anyway, the thyroid gland is very sensitive to your salt intake. if you take too little salt / iodine, it grows bigger and annoys your throat when you drink / swallow. similar things happen if you take too much. (this is the only reason people get diabetes, it has nothing to do with fat or sugar intake)
its also sensitive to a lot of other things. lady K has never it figured out. she was convinced that "A GRAIN OF RICE IS STUCK IN MY THROAT", and whatever i said she didnt care about. she just wanted to act weak.
she mentioned this recently again, and she also gets it from eating oats. so i told her to stop, and she actually did.
as for cheese, at the university they mentioned a press release, which said that you should eat parmesan every day. it has large amounts of calcium, and barely any sugar (which is pressed out when the cheese is still soft, and is refined into messmör, which is quite tasty, like liquid sticky white chocolate. it does have a sugar content of like 70%). no, it does not use up any water whatsoever. no idea where you got that from. its just based on pure whole milk. so if youre lactose intolerant, you can still eat it. still theres a problem with getting zits from cheese though...
like i said though, through indoctrination people think all of protein and fat and carbohydrates and salt is bad. so what can you eat? nothing, only drink tea and soda and huge amounts of beer (then when you get munchies you eat 2 pizzas or 30 cheese burgers, but this is healthy, obviously) because no one thinks alcohol has any side effects at all, you get happy and relaxed and high and social and laid from it, but thats just the demons talking that control you.

miss mom. i puked for 3 whole days a month ago. i was in no shape to talk to anyone. well, miss mom came around and i asked her to leave, she got furious and acted weak. i said "can you please leave? im not feeling too good", to which she replied "i havent felt so good either lately". rrright. she "shook" for several days afterwards (why?). and then figured out a way to punish me. so she wont buy anything for me online ever again, and wont pick up the 2 packages we had already ordered. and she called me being angry again too, saying "i got 3 package notifications! how much did you order?", except, it was only 2, and she was with me when we did it. she loves acting weak, and is at the same time a sadist. dangerous combination...
miss economy. she decided several years ago already that she wont buy me anything either online or offline. she did buy me new things when i moved, and a few other times, and also online. but shes specifically said she cant buy anything online...
my contact person at this housing. i refer to her as the antichrist, shes just horrible in so many ways. she does buy me things like once a month or less, but ignores most of what ive ordered.
so i tried to figure out what just milk, orange juice, and yoghurt would cost if i ordered it myself, with 1 litre per day of each. milk about 10, yoghurt 15 and orange juice 25. so 50*30=1500, a lot, i only get 4000 per month...
oh right, just got to know that they get their grocery orders on thursdays? every staff says different... the previous one said tuesday, so maybe today we get yoghurt...

¨how? do you gulp olive oil all day? just say it like it is. you cant give up junkfood. thats mostly sugar though. nowadays its just water and fake sugar and several different substances to keep together all the fake shit and water. the oil they use is canola oil. its a genetically modified rapeseed oil through several nasty processes (uses petroleum among other things to extract it).

nd dont forget salt. if you work out a lot you need more salt. except, theres different sorts of salt. like i said. if you get diarrhea and puke a lot, you need potassium. freshly squeezed orange juice (if its not been heavily pasteurized) actually contains potassium. but the only good oranges are in december to spring. then they just have huge peel and are dry and taste sugay and nothing else and are hard to peel and peel tastes gross. the peel nowadays has so strong chemicals that are just as toxic as neuroleptics.
and again, cider is junkfood as well. 5% apple cider in it. the rest natural aromas and colourants and preservatives and "organic" ethanol.
you simplify too much. theres different sorts of protein (amino acids) and carbs and fat.
carbs are divided into sugars and uh. grain thingies. the wheats (at least fullgrain) makes you get satiated and take longer for your body to digest. i know you know all this though so why pretend?
you need like 100+ amino acids or youll get deficiencies. in swedish its called "fullgoda protein källor". i cant find any documentation about it in english online though.

and thinned blood means you more easily develop wounds. that dont heal. or you bleed a lot more. causes internal bleeding also. like ulcers. and like i said. they forced me into 6x750mg potassium per day. melted my organs. why i get smelly. since ive reduced it the smell has mostly gone.
this is also related to c-vitamin. the RDI for it has been decreased all the time. doctors and nurses and the psychiatric system act like c-vitamin doesnt exist at all. if your body starts to rot you need complicated surgery. but never are fruits and veggies or simple c-vitamin pills recommended. you can even take 12000mg c-vitamin as an injection in the hip / butt / calves. cures a lot of illnesses. even cancer and aids. but that is really only done if you know a doctor / nurse personally. and they might get fired for it. fucked up.
anyway, milk in sweden, at least. they add nutrients to. since the natural fat count when it is reduced, you lose vitamin D. but mellanmjölk has like 10 nutrients in it. real good. oat milk soy milk whatever has no nutrients at all. i guess they originally do but they put like 5% in it and the rest water and bullshit.
ok. happened to find 1 more thing.

thats sorta bullshit. but true. protein and carbs have 2.25 times more density than fat. so if you weight the same if you have a lot of muscles as someones whos untrained, you will look completely different. yep, cider makes you fat. and melts your body and overtakes your brain. and removes nutrients. what "hangover" is about. its a fucking car fuel and sanitizer. you shouldnt drink that.
oh. right. as for fat. fat isnt dangerous. theres saturated fat (pig meat, coconut oil) unsaturated fat and polysaturated fat. eating the 2 last mentioned actually makes you lose weight. theres no danger in cholestrol at all. thats just so people will eat even more bread. but they also eat french fries like mad and pretend that its not huge amounts of fat in it. so i dont get it. same for donuts. do note that if you have an oil (except olive oil, since it reminds of butter, it doesnt turn old in the fridge, it just turns hard) you should keep it refrigerated. if it starts to smell like fish you should throw it away. never have it near the stove when cooking.
and as you should know, the last 2 mentioned contains omega 3 and 6 and 9. needed for your brain to not rot. depressed people actually have decayed brains. whole holes in them. eating a lot of fish and nuts seeds makes your brain grow back. cures loads of illnesses. and the brain is basically all composed of omega fatty acids. if you strain it, it uses up the fat, especially if you dont. well. eat anything. and sit in front of the comp all day. and work too hard without sleeping. brain rot. also, milk has only 60% saturated fat. so its nutricious. it doesnt make you fat.

Hej, jag bor på ett somatiskt boende i Norsborg.
Sen någon månad tillbaka måste personalen koka alla kolhydrater själv.
Det konstiga är, det blev inte lagligt för några år sen att personalen lagade mat en gång i veckan, på grund av nya hygienregler, så hur försvarar ni det här?
Middagen kommer också hit klockan 16:00 varje dag, men den serveras tidigast en timma senare, vid vilken tid den har kallnat helt. När mat är kallt så samlas bakterier och den börjar mögla och ruttna, så det är inte heller hygieniskt.
Med hur mycket fusk det är med maten, som ökas hela tiden, och med personal- och resurskostnader på grund av tillredning i fabrik och flera transporter, skulle det vara mycket billigare om personalen lagade maten själv.

i cant use neither perfumes nor deodorants. they just start itching incredibly, and with perfume, the next day, i have a cold. but id been using tiger balm for my aching body for a long time, and i really like its scent, and others seem to do it as well. so one day i tried putting it under my armpits. the effect was incredible, as it spread through my lymphic system, and my whole upper body was feeling the effect.
i also use coconut oil in my hair, especially when its cold, as it gets solid at room temperature. you could try going into a thai shop if you know of one, they have even better coconut oil. one i got was liquid at room temperature, and after a few weeks, it smelled like alcohol? can heal your lips and body from a variety of ailments. its just one scent, the thing i prefer.
CBD also got legal recently in all of europe. i cant use it anymore, i dont know if its the production method, but the first scent i always get from it is always lead? thus, it makes me desentized. but it was real cheap, half a litre for 150kr (15$) without any shipping cost! its a greenyellow thick liquid that the skin soaks up quickly. and afterwards, you smell like freshly cut grass! good for anti-pain, but also anti-anxiety.
as for my first memory, its of a neighborhood woman where i grew up. my parents always complained about her scent, but i thought she smelled wonderful? i asked what perfume she used, but it smelled nothing like hers! years later, i had the door open 24/7 to my apartment, and especially in winter, 2 different tomcats would sneak in, usually after midnight, and sleep in my bed. when they prodded me with their head (i heard thats their way of hugging!), i started smelling like the most wonderous flowery scent. and that woman did have a cat. ive felt it on others since then. and my clothes and bedsheets, even after several washings, still smell like cat!
as for the best one, it is saffron. i looked it up here, and its nothing like what people describe. i tried using it as a psychedelic (wont say how) and thats the only time ive gotten high. later, i started feeling the smell on fully loaded, stinky subway trains. in old dirty microwaves. in flowers that sit above heaters. and even in papercups (?). and the small oven i bought, when new, smelled wonderfully of saffron, and still does.
this might be off-topic, but ill get to it, and also, more saffron flavours (synthetic!). i studied gastronomy at university, only 1 term though. but i learned so much! i tried making a dish which incorporates all basic flavours, and even made 1 version which doesnt need heat! all versions work without a fridge too, and are vegan to 99%. its around 20-50 spices and various groceries (the higher number if you make the spices yourself - ive made my own garam masala and curry!).
it takes less than 3 minutes of effort, and is less than a decilitre of the sauce when done. you either mix it together with the rice (then it lasts for weeks in a fridge, or several days in room temperature if its not too hot) or just take rice and a bit of the sauce each time when eating.
anyway, i messed up in the beginning and it just tasted disgusting, but eventually, i got the hang of it. if i miss just 1 ingredient, i notice it directly. so the scent is like nothing else.
the recipe is something like this: boil white rice with bay leaf and liqourice root, cut onions and microwave them for a few mins, do other things.
when the rice is almost done, mix ground paprika, ground chili, garam masala, curry, redwine vinegar, coconut oil, coconut / hazelnut / almond flour, tomatopuré, ground a piece of garlic, chop a few fresh mint leaves, soy (theres a tiny amount of wheat flour in this), anise, fennels, cumin, and also dark (thai) tarragon.
serve on papadams (hindu bread), and for drink, mix muscovadosugar with microwaved limejuice. as for how much you should use of each ingredient, i just take a little bit o this, a little bit o that. everyone loves this, and i can eat it however much i want and never tire.
then i tried something else. i looked in the huge french cookbook that was recommended school literature, for everything that worked with shrimp. i dont know how many ingredients i bought, but it was a lot. first you boil shrimpshells in water for 15 mins, and filter away the shells. then you add the ingredients and cook it down, then red wine, cook it down, then cream, cook it down yet again, and serve with rice. youll get a strong synthesized saffron flavour! the book was anne willans the complete guide to cooking.

yes, i actually tried quitting refined wheat chocholate and white sugar awhile ago. it was impossible. my mood swings were the most intense ive ever gotten. and of course, everyone takes it, and if you dont want it. they nag OVER AND OVER "just one, or a least a bite. whats wrong with you? are you on a diet?".
the good parts though is that my eyes and ears improved a lot. better colour vision, better viewing distance, better details. i remember staring at my hand for hours enjoying all the lines in it. i could listen to 2 songs at once, and notice every detail in both.
the real reason for this, is that sugar wheat and chocolate, work with the natural cannabinoid system in the brain. if you add weed to a chocolate cookie as well its absolutely lethal. and cheeze actually contains opioids.
so the most addictive food is chocolate dipped donuts. french fries come a close second, because salt is addictive, enenthough science doesnt agree. but when i studied gastronomy at university, the teacher did say salt is a taste enhancer, just like sugar and cream.
also glutamate, aka umami, the fifth taste. i seem to not have this receptor though. i dont like meat at all. pure fried meat tastes nothing. i tried like cheap herb salt ("aromate") which contains a lot of synthetic glutamate. didnt enhance the flavour of the food.

i did 3 acrylic paintings about this in 2017 and sold them to botkyrka kommun for several weeks food and an italian mini oven which when i checked it up costs 14000 kronor, it smells like saffron :) if you have a real orange tree then you can eat a leaf with it every time. it has lots of tannins and its good for you <3 anyway. thats the most if any pay ive gotten for my art throughout the years. i did about 70 paintings over a summer. now theyre all gone. remember, sallad tastes sweet! its yummy! oranges are better than candy. and being out in the sun doesnt hurt if you dont do it too long. and if you have a puré machine, carrot juice tastes like milk!
